We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service both in store and online and handle each query individually and to the best of our ability. Whilst we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund or credit note which complies with our returns policy below.

 

Delivery Information:

UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days | £5.00

UK Next Working Day Delivery: £10.00 orders will be posted same day if placed before 2pm, orders placed after 2pm will be sent the next working day.

International Delivery: 3-5 working days | £25.00

Collect In Store: 2-5 working days, please note a member of our dedicated team will be in touch when your order is available to collect in store. If you have an order you require urgently then please ring the store ahead of ordering.           

Store opening hours are 10am-7pm Mon-Fri and 12pm-6pm Sat-Sun.

 

Our Returns Policy: 

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your order, we will happily offer a refund or credit note within 7 days of placing your online order. Except for sale items - please read below.

The items that are returned to us must be returned to us unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Any items that are returned with any indication of use will not be accepted and in such cases, will be returned to the purchaser. Earrings, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return delivery, and the original order delivery cost will not be refunded.

We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery; the item is the purchasers responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection and peace of mind we recommend using a tracked and signed for service if you wish to return your item.

Returning Shoes – All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted and therefore a refund will be granted subject to our discretion.

Sale Items:

Please note sale items, or items with extra discount applied are non-returnable, refundable and exchanges are not permitted.

Refund:

Your refund will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card. This will exclude shipping costs used to deliver the item to you.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, full price order will be refunded, excluding shipping cost. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non refundable by Baar & Bass. 

Please note card refunds can take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the banks processing time. This can vary between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
